格拉登角鯨鯊保護區

簡介

📍 概況：全球極少數可以穩定與野生「鯨鯊 (Whale Shark)」共游的聖地。每年 3 月至 6 月的滿月期間，這裡是中美洲最熱門的潛水盛事。 🤿 環境：水深 15-20m。為藍水潛水 (Blue Water Dive)，潛水員懸浮於水層中，無海底參考物，極度考驗中性浮力。 🐠 生態：滿月期間，成千上萬的古巴笛鯛 (Cubera Snapper) 在此產卵，海中的魚卵吸引了體型龐大且溫馴的鯨鯊前來張大嘴巴濾食。 ⚠️ 須知：受政府極度嚴格管制。潛水員不可下潛超過 20 米干擾魚群產卵，嚴禁追逐鯨鯊，亦禁止使用閃光燈。

📍 Overview: One of the few places on Earth for reliable Whale Shark encounters. Between March and June around the full moon, this is Central America's top dive event. 🤿 Conditions: 15-20m deep. A blue-water dive where divers hover in the water column without bottom references, demanding excellent buoyancy control. 🐠 Ecology: During the full moon, thousands of Cubera Snappers spawn. The eggs attract massive, gentle Whale Sharks that cruise through to filter feed. ⚠️ Note: Strictly regulated. Divers must not descend past 20m to disturb the spawning snappers. Chasing whale sharks and using strobes are strictly prohibited.
