錫達維爾號沉船

簡介

📍 概況：五大湖區最驚心動魄的沉船之一。這艘長 184 米的巨型散裝貨輪於 1965 年在麥基諾水道濃霧中相撞沉沒，造成 10 人喪生。 🤿 環境：水深 13-32m。純淡水環境，水溫極低 (底部常年接近 4°C)。船體目前側躺，中部因撞擊嚴重斷裂。 🐠 生態：淡水沉船幾乎不會被珊瑚覆蓋，保留了極其完整的工業時代鋼鐵細節，表面僅覆蓋一層斑馬貽貝 (Zebra Mussels)。 ⚠️ 須知：五大湖的低溫會導致極高的失溫風險與調節器結冰 (Free-flow)，必須穿著乾式潛水衣並配備防凍調節器。

📍 Overview: One of the Great Lakes' most dramatic wrecks. A massive 184-meter bulk freighter that sank after a tragic collision in heavy fog in 1965. 🤿 Conditions: 13-32m deep. Pure freshwater environment. Extremely cold (bottom temperatures near 4°C). The ship lies on its side, nearly broken in half. 🐠 Ecology: Devoid of coral, the wreck retains incredible structural detail, blanketed only by invasive zebra mussels. ⚠️ Note: The extreme cold poses severe risks of hypothermia and regulator free-flow. Drysuits and environmentally sealed regulators are mandatory.
