簡介

原產於湄公河的無鱗淡水鯰魚。因為肉質白嫩且無骨無刺，被廣泛加工成冷凍魚柳。

A scaleless freshwater catfish native to the Mekong River. Widely processed into frozen fillets for its white, boneless meat.

香港街市或茶餐廳常見的「龍利魚柳」，其實有 90% 以上都是用東南亞養殖的巴沙魚冒充的。

Over 90% of the "Sole Fillets" sold in Hong Kong markets and cafes are actually cheap farmed Basa from Southeast Asia.
