明豔金黃的體側鑲嵌著一枚帶有電光藍弧圈的深黑眼斑，在分枝鹿角珊瑚叢上方悠然漫游。

A radiant golden butterflyfish bearing a prominent dark ocellus encircled by electric-blue arcs, drifting gracefully over branching corals.

小知識

專性珊瑚食性魚類（Obligate corallivore），幾乎完全以鹿角珊瑚等活體石珊瑚的水螅體為食；背部兩道發達的電光藍弧線環繞著深色假眼斑，用以迷惑掠食者對其頭部方向的判斷。

An obligate corallivore feeding almost exclusively on live stony coral polyps; the striking blue-ringed false eyespot on its flank confuses predators regarding its true orientation.
