小知識

屬名「Bispira」意為「雙螺旋」，其羽狀鰓冠分為左右成對的雙旋排列；羽枝上長有微小的感光單眼，只要水影或光線有些微變動，便會在百分之一秒內縮回管內隱形。

Its genus name "Bispira" refers to its twin spiraled feeding crowns; armed with photoreceptor eyespots along each radiole, it snaps back into its tube in milliseconds upon sensing shadows.
