簡介

雖然名字叫「Duck」，但其實是一種魚。全身柔軟無鱗，骨頭軟如明膠，最經典的食法是「椒鹽九肚魚」。

因為牠們的水分含量極高，死後身體會迅速變得像果凍一樣癱軟，因此極難長途運輸。
