簡介

僅分佈於西北太平洋的稀有鮭魚。因為在櫻花盛開的春季洄游，且體側帶有粉紅色的斑紋而得名。

A rare salmon found only in the Northwest Pacific. Named because it migrates during the spring cherry blossom season and has pink markings.

在日本，櫻鱒被視為最珍貴的本土鮭魚，肉質比一般鮭魚更加細緻且香氣撲鼻。

Revered in Japan as the most precious native salmon, its meat is more delicate and aromatic than common salmon species.
