簡介

體側具一道自吻端貫穿至尾部的深黑寬帶，背部閃耀著電光藍霓虹光澤，常成千上萬尾在珊瑚礁陡坡外側狂湧游動。

Adorned with an intense neon-blue lateral stripe above a dark flank band, shoaling by the thousands in synchronized currents along outer reef drop-offs.

烏尾鮗家族中最具代表性的掠食避難大師；常數百至數千尾集結成壯觀的藍色魚風暴，在急流強勁的外礁斜坡群游啄食浮游生物，尾鰭上下葉各具一道深黑縱斑，游動時如剪刀般快速開合。

Forms colossal, shimmering schools along current-swept outer reefs to feed on drifting plankton; each caudal fin lobe bears a dark streak, creating a dazzling scissor-like flash as the school changes direction in unison.
