外殼邊緣呈現鮮艷的翠綠色。常被用來白酒蒜香燴煮或是做成海鮮意粉。

The edge of its shell features a vibrant emerald green. Often stewed in white wine and garlic or served in seafood pasta.

牠們會分泌出一種名為「足絲」的強韌纖維，將自己死死地黏附在碼頭的樁柱或礁石上。

They secrete a highly resilient fiber called "byssal threads" to glue themselves tightly to pier pilings or rocks.
