簡介

大西洋鱈魚的表親，身體側邊有一條明顯的黑線。肉質比鱈魚更甜，是英國人製作炸魚薯條的秘密武器。

A cousin of the Atlantic Cod with a distinct black lateral line. Sweeter than cod, it's the British secret weapon for traditional Fish and Chips.

相傳牠側邊的黑色斑紋是聖彼得用手指抓起這條魚時留下的「指紋」。

Legend has it that the dark "thumbprint" mark on its side was left by St. Peter when he caught the fish.
