A creamy-yellow sea slug adorned with an array of club-shaped tubercles capped with vivid magenta spheres, resembling a delicate frosted dessert.

Known colloquially in Japan as the "chestnut burr sea slug" due to its dense array of bristling papillae tipped with bright pink globes; it sequesters unpalatable chemical compounds from the sponges it consumes to deter predators.
