體色淺綠微透，側足邊緣波浪起伏並帶有精緻的深色鑲邊，嗅角頂端常染上一抹俏麗的深褐。

Translucent pale green with softly ruffled margins and dark-tipped rhinophores, grazing delicately on shallow algae.

以著名海蛞蝓學者 Richard Thompson 命名，專門啃食絲狀綠藻，能將藻類的葉綠體儲存於消化腺盲管中進行光合作用。

Named after nudibranch expert Richard Thompson; it incorporates functional chloroplasts into its branched digestive tubules.
