簡介

表皮像砂紙一樣堅硬粗糙，料理前必須將整張皮剝下，因此得名。

Its skin is as tough and rough as sandpaper. The entire skin must be peeled off before cooking, hence the name "filefish".

到了秋冬季節，牠們的肝臟會變得異常肥美，被美食家譽為「海中鵝肝」。

In autumn and winter, their liver becomes exceptionally plump and rich, hailed by gourmets as the "foie gras of the sea."
