A see-through speck wearing a purple "ring" on every ceras and two more on each feeler: the full wedding-band look.
Only 6–10 mm long, described by Kikutaro Baba in 1961 from Kii, Japan. The name means "purple-ringed": each ceras has a purple band near its tip, and the rhinophores and oral tentacles carry two bands each.
